Provides general advice regarding welfare:
Provides comprehensive welfare rights advice for all council tenants. This includes help to identify benefits and grants that you may be entitled to, completing application forms, help to request reviews of decisions and personal budgeting support.

Educational Support:
Educational support means serving as an educational advocate for a child, collecting and providing educational information to relevant parties including, but not limited to, the child, parents, resource parents, school[s] staff, and other [resources] interested parties, if appropriate, and referring the child to.

Housing Benefit
Programmes aimed at supporting the rehabilitation of young prisoners, helping them reintegrate into society with purpose and possibility.

Employment support provides life skills training:
Help people develop skills and confidence to get a job. These activities can include: Training: Access to training programs, work experience, and apprenticeships Career preparation: Job application assistance, interview preparation, and networking with employers.

Interpretation and translation:
French, Portuguese and African Languages such as Lingala RDC, Kikongo RDC and Kimbundu from Angola.

Advice & guidance.
Information, advice, and guidance (IAG): Providing resources to help people understand their career options and make decisions about their future. Include connecting people with work and training.
